DIVE Back: Blue Yonder's Returnship Program 

DIVE Back - a paid, 24-week return-to-work program that serves as a springboard for professionals rejoining the workforce after a break of 1 year or more. It provides comprehensive access to the Blue Yonder resources, offering structured training, networking opportunities, and mentorship.

This "Returnship" program reflects how Blue Yonder fosters inclusivity, through onboarding the candidates after a career break.

My Name is Kavya A. I joined Blue Yonder through the Dive Back return ship program. I have 6.5 years of work experience and a 6.5 years of career break. To explain my overall journey in Blue Yonder’s Dive Back program would be just one word tremendous. I was looking into restarting my career since quite some time. But nothing interesting was coming through. One day when I heard about this Dive Back return ship program by Blue Yonder, I jumped at the opportunity and applied. After couple of rounds of interviews, I was thrilled to find out that I had got selected for the program. There is no looking back after that. The journey from the first day at Blue Yonder till now has been nothing less than amazing. This has been the right kind of opportunity that I was looking for. I have got excellent support from my manager, my buddy and all my team members. The Blue Yonder culture is such that I have never felt like an outsider here.
